One Month Check-Up

Jaxon had his one month check-up last week...the doctor said he is very healthy and thriving. He is currently in the 75th percentile for height, weight and head circumference. He measured 22 1/2 inches long and weighed 10 lb. 4 oz. It looks like we got ourselves a "big" boy! :)

Jaxon was one month old yesterday and he has already grown a ton. I recorded a quick video to show everyone. He is able to smile now and is holding his head up pretty well...

Today Jaxon is 4 weeks old...time sure flies by. Anyways, Taylor and I love having Jax in the family, but it definitely has been an adjustment. We are finally getting used to having him around and all of his unique idiosyncrasies. The only thing we are still struggling with is the lack of sleep. :)

We are bloggers...

We are one day away from Jaxon's due date, May 2, 2012, and it seems to be the perfect time to start a blog. It is my hope that in starting this blog we will be able to remember the special moments and share these moments with those that are close to us. I cannot promise that this will be regularly updated, but it is my intent to put forth a solid effort. I hope you enjoy the growth of our family as much as we expect to!!
